You would need to contact a bankruptcy attorney in your area, most will see you on a free consultation. They’ll need to look at your income (which you have none), assets if any, a list of your debts and last 4 years of taxes. Once they review they will be able to tell you what you qualify for. Usually a retainer fee is paid up front, but some will work with you to get it paid sooner, but…a bankruptcy filing runs anywhere from 800.00 to 1500.00 depending on the attorney and how much work your case is. Talk to one and see what they can do to help you. Good Luck!

Find an attorney who specializes in bankruptcy, make an appointment (first appointment is typically free) and bring all your papers. If you don’t like what the attorney says, find another and do it again.
Please don’t try to do it yourself. Bankruptcy is very complicated and you don’t want to screw it up.
